Certified Project Management Associate (IPMA® Level D)

In this training course participants work on their own projects. They learn to apply the initial examination-relevant PM methods to position themselves as project leaders.
We prepare the participants specifically for the certification.
The report writing will be initiated and supervised by the trainer for all report chapters. The trainer comments each report three times in different writing phases, so that the participants are supported in the best way.

Who is the training course aimed at

People who want to deepen their project management knowledge and master PM methods: project staff with work package responsibility and subproject leaders, PM office staff, professionals who want to supplement their work experience with PM knowledge, people in dual vocational education, students in study programs with pronounced PM contents.

There are no admission requirements for this training course


To recognize the communication and teamwork relevance; to apply confidently project management methods on the job; to develop your own competence in project management; the deepening of knowledge and theory-to-practice transfer through extensive exercises and writing of a project report.
The transfer of the PM knowledge into the operational work environment will be practiced in the course on a project simulation and report preparation.

Course aims

Participants will be able to apply confidently project management methods. The professional competence of the participants will be supplemented by communication skills and methodical competence as well as by reflected interaction in the team.


The examination consists of a written 90-minute test and writing of a 25 pages report.

Alternatively, after consultation with us, you can write a 180-minute exam instead of a report.

Qualification: € 3.650,00 plus VAT.
Certification: €    630,00 plus VAT.


The training course is expected to be supported by the Ministry of Economic Affairs BW from the European Social Fund (ESF) budget. The net course fee then is reduced by 30%, for 50+ participants by 50%. Target groups: employees, freelancer, entrepreneurs, career break returners, with place of employment or residence in Baden-Württemberg. The federal, state and local employees cannot not be supported.
